It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dave Washnuk on August 13, 2019 in his 74th year. Loving father of Jason (Alison), Dave (Suzette), Tammi, Deneil, Shalena, and Rosie. Dear grandfather of two grandchildren. Survived by his brother Ed and sister Olivia. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Dave was a car enthusiast who loved organizing car shows at Hutch’s and the Grimsby Welcome Centre. He was a musician who played in many bands and travelled around a lot entertaining people. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Monday, August 19th from 2-4pm followed by a funeral in the chapel at 4pm. Cremation to follow.
