Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mario, peacefully surrounded by family just after his 94th birthday on Friday March 30. Pre-deceased by his loving wives Joyce (1977), Dora (1997) and son Richard (2015), he will be deeply missed by his children Dale (Doug), Mauro (Lee) and grandchildren Sam (Terri-Lynn), Dan (Maria), Adrian, Victoria (Jordan) and Olivia. Fuzzy was a loving great-nonno to Alyssia, Vivian, Ash and James, and will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Marian, Lori (Mike), Rob (Ramona), Larry (Leslie), Greg (Bea), Debbie (Pete), Jo-Anne and his special friend Irma.

One of five boys (Tony, Smokey, George and Quinto) Fuzzy excelled at so many things: he was an accomplished musician, entertaining Hamilton with his accordion from the young age of 9; an avid golfer and long standing member at Dundas Valley Golf Club; and he was a top salesman with Sears for over 30 years.
Visitation will be held following cremation at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Avenue on Friday April 5 from 2-4 and 6-8 with private interment at a later date. Donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.

I never met Mr. Adoranti but his name surfaced several times over the years when my late dad Charlie and late mom Joyce spoke of the good old days in Hamilton when my dad worked with Fuzzy at Sears in the 1950's.

My condolences to the family.

Dale & Doug, So sorry to read of your Dad's passing. Both of our Dad's played golf together for many many years at Dundas. My Dad passed away in November. Back together again, perhaps they'll meet up and play another game.

Sympathies to you both.

My deepest condolences to ‘Mr. Fuzzy’ ( as I always called him) extended family, he was my fathers’ best friend (John Shuhet) during the Sears days... I grew up knowing him as a gentle, kind and funny man. What a reunion in Heaven it must be ! ❤️
Sincerely
Helen Shuhet-Macleod & family
