Born in Muddy Creek PEI on October 10 1925, passed away peacefully at Emmanuel House on Friday, March 1, 2019 in his 94th year with his family by his side. Albert is survived by his loving wife Margaret, son David (Penny), daughter Norine (Kevin), and grandchildren Paul (Kelly), Jamie (Laura), Sarah and Jennifer. He will be dearly missed by niece Beryl (Brian) and family as well as his five great grandchildren and all his East Coast family.
Predeceased by his brother Arthur and sisters Helen, Vera and Muriel, Albert was a proud WWII veteran and a member of Legion Branch 163.
Visitation will be held at P.X Dermody Funeral home at 796 Upper Gage Avenue on Wednesday March 6th 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11am in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John United Church or charity of choice are appreciated.
