It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Rick Noel on January 2, 2019 at home. Loving son of Rachel & the late Norman Noel. Loving father of Brian & his wife Miranda, Donna & her husband Jay, Bobby & his wife Victoria, and Jennell & her partner Joel. Dear Pepere of Cohen, Hudson, Callie, Mason, Riley, and Jolene. Dear brother of Nicole & her husband David, and Sylvie & her husband Colin. Rick will be sadly missed by many close relatives and friends. At Rick’s request, cremation has taken place.
