Condolence From: Tony Lo Presti
Condolence: I just recently learned of John’s passing and regret being unable to pay my respects to his family at the funeral home. I had the privilege of working with John at St. Jean de Brebeuf for one year. He impressed me as an outstanding guidance counsellor who was always helpful and available to all – staff and students alike. He was super-organized, meticulous, and sharp as a razor in his presentations to the staff. Above all, he was a superlative human being who left an inspirational legacy to his family and an indelible impression on all who knew him. Rest in peace, John.

Condolence: In his final days, my Dad told his grandson some parting words of advice. He told him to be kind and be honest. And that truly is how my Dad lived his life. In my final goodbye to my Dad, I told him that I would do my best to be just like him. Dad, you're the best, and I will love you forever.

Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of John's death. I worked very closely with John for 17 years at S. T. M.. and I have never met a more knowledgable, carying, and loving leader than John.. He always put the needs of the students first! His leadership and direction went above the Guidance Department. He WAS S.T.M.. I am so sorry that I am out of town and not able to celebrate his life with his friends and family. I feel truly blessed to have worked with him for so many years!.. Please accept my condolences and know that John surely made a difference in this world!. Joanne Gera and family..

Condolence: My big brother has been taken too early and I am crushed. He leaves behind an amazing legacy of accomplishments. Such an inspiration, so kind, generous and loving. So grateful for our recent phone chat. We said everything we wanted to express to each other. Our hearts go out to Barb and the kids and grandkids, and to Mom and brother Mark. Will miss you always, John!! Till we meet again.
