It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Joyce Bird on March 3, 2018 at Extendicare in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Bird (1990). Loving mother of James Bird. Sadly missed by her grandchildren. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by Loretta and her dog Piper. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave, on Wednesday, March 7th from 10-11am followed by a chapel service at 11am. Burial to take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
