Josephine Teresa "Jo"  Norris (Amaolo)
Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Friday, October 20, 2017, Josephine Norris (née Amaolo), in her 91st year. Beloved wife of Roy Norris. Loving mother of Arnie, the late Ron (Linda) and Nick (Kathy). Loved grandmother of Nicole, Vicki, Emily, Erika, Kristin, and Josh, and great grandmother of Justin, Lily, Gabe, Max, Josie and Scarlett. Predeceased by her brother Al, and sisters Ann and Mary. Josephine’s warmth was evident every time she met someone. When she asked “how are you” - she meant it, and was truly interested in others’ well being. As per Jo’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 24, at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with a time of memories at 7:45. The family wants to thank the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for the wonderful care provided to their wife and mother over the past two weeks. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. www.dermodys.com.
